Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products purchased from notionmode ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Derrick Antonio Bradford, located at 3791 Kensington Ct, Decatur, GA 30032, United States.

  1. NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS
    All products sold on notionmode are digital Notion templates and digital subscription access delivered electronically by email. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Because our products are digital content delivered instantly, standard "return" processes that apply to physical merchandise do not apply here.
  2. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
    Due to the instant, irrevocable nature of digital content delivery, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered. We encourage you to review product descriptions, previews, and included features carefully before purchasing.
  3. EXCEPTIONS
    We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:
  • A technical error prevented you from accessing the purchased template or subscription content
  • You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order
  • The product delivered was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at hararallc@atomicmail.io within 14 days of your purchase, including your order details and a description of the issue.

  1. EU, EEA, AND UK CUSTOMERS — DIGITAL CONTENT WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
    If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you generally have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

However, because our templates and subscription content are delivered instantly upon purchase, you expressly acknowledge and consent, at checkout, that:

  • Performance begins immediately upon your confirmed purchase; and
  • You lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your withdrawal right.

If you did not provide this consent at checkout, or if delivery has not yet occurred, you may withdraw within the 14-day period by contacting us at hararallc@atomicmail.io.

  1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
    Subscription plans (Flow Starter, Flow Pro, Flow Business, Flow Enterprise) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid, except as described in Section 3 above.
  2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
    Email hararallc@atomicmail.io or call (404) 555-0173 with your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
