These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of notionmode.store (the "Site"), operated by Derrick Antonio Bradford ("notionmode," "we," "us," "our"), located at 3791 Kensington Ct, Decatur, GA 30032, United States. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. ELIGIBILITY
    You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on our Site.
  2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
    notionmode sells premium digital Notion templates and digital subscription access. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
  3. ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS
    When you subscribe to a Flow plan, you gain access to the corresponding template library, delivered instantly by email. You are responsible for keeping your account and access credentials secure.
  4. LICENSE TO USE TEMPLATES
    Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our templates for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share our templates as your own product, in whole or in part.
  5. ACCEPTABLE USE
    You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use our products for unlawful purposes.
  6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
    All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect subscriptions already in progress until the next billing cycle.
  7. CANCELLATIONS
    You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy (https://notionmode.store/policies/refund-policy).
  8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on the Site, including templates, graphics, branding, and text, is the property of notionmode or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, notionmode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
