All notionmode products are digital and delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods, and no physical shipping, packaging, couriers, or tracking numbers are involved in any order.
- DIGITAL DELIVERY METHOD
Upon successful payment, access to your purchased Notion templates or subscription plan is delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. This typically includes a confirmation email with instructions and, where applicable, a direct link to duplicate your templates into your own Notion workspace. - DELIVERY TIMING
Digital access is generally available immediately after your payment is confirmed. In rare cases involving payment verification delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours. - SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS
For subscription plans (Flow Starter, Flow Pro, Flow Business, Flow Enterprise), new template releases and updates are delivered by email on an ongoing basis for as long as your subscription remains active. - DELIVERY ISSUES
If you do not receive your access email within a reasonable timeframe, please first check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at hararallc@atomicmail.io and we will resend access promptly. - NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
